  DISGRACEFUL!!!! Order placed through FTD - what was received was obviously pulled out of a dumpster! Dried, nearly dead flowers & no where near the size of bouquet that was ordered! When I called to complain, they refused to re-do the order. There is no "Secret" here, this place SUCKS!!!!!

  The flowers were delivered promptly for which I am thankful for. I am surprised at how small the bouquet was. Looks nice, but I would have expected more. Totally my bad for not going myself.

  I used Secret Garden Florist for a funeral piece recently and I could not have been happier. Bonnie was so helpful in recommending the type of flowers that would look the best, and couldn't have been any nicer on the phone. The family I sent it to thought it was one of the prettiest and most original of all the pieces they received. I would recommend Secret Garden Florist to anyone and will definitely use them again.
